Upgraded to a room with park views and we were very happy sitting on the balcony with our cups of tea in the morning. Location was excellent, very close to the main shops in Brisbane, however it is located up a hill so may be an issue if you have trouble waking. Staff were friendly, onsite free parking was fantastic especially if you have a hire car.
Carton of fresh milk is provided which was really nice. Comfy bed and good chanels on tv. Although the hotel is slightly starting to show it's age, and the shower knobs on the outside of the shower is very strange (you can still easily adjust water temp) it is very clean and comfortable. Great stay for travellers on a budget.
